How to place a custom order.

First step to working with me is to let me know you have a requirement. My favourite form of communication is to talk, so please call me. If email is easier for you then please feel free to use that. Lastly, you can also use my contact form.

Consultations with me are free! This is the time we take to really get to know what style you like. I always recommend to send me pictures you liked representing your requirement that you might have seen online.

Once we have completed the consultation than I will provide you with a formal quote which includes material, inspirational photos you have provided, materials discussed, finishes discussed and timelines.

I always require a deposit to start. This helps to protect this one man show. If a customer back out then I am out the material and time cost. Also, Custom pieces can be time consuming to sell, which means it could take years for me to recoup that cost.
